The award-winning Latinx On Fast Track network is comprised of approximately 200,000 vetted Latinx (ages 15 -40)
The LOFT program focuses on leadership and workforce development, as well as mobilizing the community through innovative, adaptable, and community-driven programming. The Network is inspired, educated, prepared, connected, and mobilized through trainings, summits, symposium, or Charlas including the virtual 'Hacking a Career Series'.

CODE AS A SECOND LANGUAGE (CSL)
National initiative that was launched in an effort to engage, introduce youth to computer programming.

LOFT Charla Series
The Charla format is five minutes for each speaker with the purpose to speak, listen, connect, and act. The content is also taped and shared across HHF social media platforms.

Richard E. Cavazos

Richard Edward Cavazos (January 31, 1929 – October 29, 2017) was a United States Army four-star general. He was a Korean War recipient of the Distinguished Service Cross as a first lieutenant and advanced in rank to become the United States Army's first Hispanic four-star general. During the Vietnam War, as a lieutenant colonel, Cavazos was awarded a second Distinguished Service Cross. In 1976, Cavazos became the first Mexican American to reach the rank of brigadier general in the United States Army. Cavazos served for thirty-three years, with his final command as head of the United States Army Forces Command.
